"I went to the Birth and Death Registration Office to get my child’s birth certificate. A lady officer helped me there, and she was amazing. She gave me the certificate in just 5 minutes. I did not expect such quick and kind service from a government office. I am very thankful to her. We need more officers like her who really help people instead of making them come again and again. Thank you very much, ma’am. You are truly a blessing."

"Review for Primary Health Center (PHC) Govt Hospital, Bisrakh — 12 October 2025 I went to this hospital on 12th October 2025 to get a rabies vaccination. The nursing staff told me they had the vaccine available, but no syringes in stock and asked me to buy one from outside. I purchased it and came back to the hospital. When I handed the syringe to the nurse, he surprisingly picked up another syringe that was already pre-filled with some liquid and tried to inject it. I immediately stopped him and asked what that medicine was and why he was using a used or pre-filled syringe, especially after saying there were none available. He didn’t answer properly — instead, he emptied that pre-filled syringe into a small bottle, took my syringe, and refilled it from the same bottle. I refused to take the injection because the vaccine vial looked different from the original one (the actual rabies vaccine was in a glass bottle, but this time it was a different type with a rubber seal). I even recorded the incident on video. Such behavior is extremely concerning and unsafe. I request the health authorities to investigate this matter seriously. Medical staff should be responsible — people’s lives depend on your honesty and care. Please make sure such things don’t happen to anyone else."

"Worst experience ever. The staff here is completely unprofessional and uneducated when it comes to handling patients safely. I went for a rabies vaccine on 12th October 2025 — the nurse first said there were no injections available and asked me to buy one from outside. When I came back with it, he tried to use a pre-filled syringe that was already containing some medicine. When I stopped him and asked what it was, he poured the same medicine into a small bottle and used my syringe to refill it — extremely unsafe and unhygienic practice! This kind of careless attitude is dangerous and unacceptable in a government hospital where people come trusting their lives. The authorities must take strict action against such irresponsible, untrained staff before something serious happens."

"I have a 1-month and 24-day-old son, and we visited twice for his Rota vaccination. However, we were informed that we would need to return after two days. It has now been more than 1.5 months, and I’m concerned about any issues that may arise with my son’s health. Additionally, I want to point out that we pay income tax every year, yet we are not receiving adequate fertility support."
